From October 10 to 12, 2025, Bhavantu Yoga offered an immersion in Rio de Janeiro, inviting participants to experience yoga in harmony with nature. For three days, between the breathing ocean and the watching mountains, the aim was to settle down, slow down, and rediscover a gentler inner rhythm. Yoga practices, walks, and moments of contemplation were designed to awaken presence, rebalance energy, and rediscover a deep, shared, and sensitive sense of well-being.
