Maranhão is full of dream landscapes... Another waterfall can delight you: the Santa Bárbara waterfall in the Poço Azul complex, Riachão. Located about 35km from the city, this tourist activity can be accessed from the MA334 road for a dozen kilometers, then 13 kilometers without paving. With a height of 76 meters, it is the second largest waterfall in the Chapada das Mesas and Maranhão region, located at the Rio Cocal. You can marvel at five other waterfalls located in the Poço Azul complex, with access to a zip line as a bonus!
