Japaratinga Beaches

Japaratinga is a little-known town in the Brazilian state of Alagoas, surrounded by several other popular cities. Like its neighbors, Japaratinga is also a city of beaches, all with crystal clear and warm waters. One of its neighbors is the city of Porto das Pedras, which we have already talked about here. Another, much more popular, is Maragogi, a tourist town on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The three cities, full of beaches, are known for their corals, natural pools and lagoons. This complex of small tourist and paradisiacal cities reminds us of another trio of neighboring cities that also attract many tourists each year, which are Arraial do Cabo, Búzios and Cabo Frio, three tropical municipalities that are in the so-called Region of the Lakes, in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Brazil has many beautiful cities close to each other that share similar natural beauties. Many families visit Japaratinga, Porto das Pedras and Maragogi on the same trip: there are so many beaches that you can spend several days visiting them.
