Jaú National Park, located in the state of Amazonas, is one of the most representative reserves of the fauna and flora of the central Amazon. This protected area, in the heart of the Amazon basin, is home to abundant biodiversity, offering refuge to endangered species as well as hundreds of plant species. There are emblematic and endangered species such as the jaguar, the giant otter and the Amazon manatee.
