Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia
This is the beach that attracts the most tourists and serves as the iconic image of Arraial do Cabo. It is a paradise-like beach featuring very fine, snow-white sand that contrasts with the blue sea. Passengers are taken ashore by motorized dinghy for a swim.
Ilha do Farol (Lighthouse Island)
Based on criteria regarding water purity, sand quality, and scenery, this beach is ranked by the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) as one of the most perfect beaches in the country.

Praia do Forno
Considered one of the five most beautiful beaches in Brazil, this is a cove with crystal-clear waters nestled among mountains covered in Atlantic Forest vegetation, stretching approximately 500 meters. Stop for a swim/dive.
Gruta Azul (Blue Grotto)
The Blue Grotto is one of the highlights of the boat tour. Facing the open sea, it measures 30 meters in length and 15 meters in height. Its name derives from the effects created by its inner walls, which display golden and silver tones that shift to blue depending on how the light hits them.
Fenda de Nossa Senhora (Crevice of Our Lady)
A rock crevice featuring a statue of the Saint in the center. Legend has it that fishermen found the statue on the seabed and placed it in the crevice, believing it would protect them during their fishing trips. There is also a belief that couples who kiss in front of the statue will have their love last forever.
Pedra do Perfil do Gorila (Gorilla Profile Rock)
A natural rock formation sculpted by the elements; it resembles a gorilla's face depending on the viewing angle. Some jokingly say that if you can't see it, it's because you need one more caipirinha...

The boat tour is subject to authorization by the Port Authority (Brazilian Navy), which may prohibit boats from departing without prior notice if weather conditions—particularly wind or rough seas—compromise navigability or the safety of passengers and crew. In such cases, the cost of the boat tour is refunded, and an alternative tour visiting two beaches is provided.
