A brazilian “churrasco” at Casa São Conrado

On August 11, the Casa São Conrado was again the scene of a friendly meeting between work colleagues, who were looking for the ideal place to celebrate the birthday of one of them with a very Brazilian churrasco (barbecue)!
Pedro, specially hired for the occasion and wearing a superb cowboy's hat from the Northeast, mastered the churrasco, never letting the guest wait for most tasty cuts: picanha, costela, alcatra and contrafilé (sirloin, rib steak, rump steak, etc.) served to the taste of each with the precision of a metronome: rare, well done, medium, etc., not to forget the garlic bread, the rice and various regional salads, all of course duly washed down with caipirinha and craft beer!
Casa São Conrado has a space with two spacious terraces located next to the swimming pool offering a pleasant alternation of sun and shade, ideal for barbecues on hot days and where families and groups of friends are accustomed to meet up to spend Saturday and Sunday afternoons together to the typical rhythms of MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), while the shallow swimming pool is a delight for the children, leaving their mothers time to laugh and chat animatedly.
